Senior Kristin Groppe will head to Hebron, OH this Saturday November 2nd to compete in the 2019 Division II OHSAA State Cross Country Meet. Senior Kristin Groppe earned her spot to the Division 2 OHSAA State Meet again for the 3rd consecutive year.  She placed 8th at the Youngstown Regional Meet in a solid time of 19:28.5.  The top 24 finishers qualify.  Groppe started the race comfortably in the top 10 and stayed competitive throughout the race to finish

The Lutheran West Ladies Cross Country Team brought home runner-up honors from the Chagrin Valley Conference Championship Meet.  They trailed Berkshire by only 4 points and came away with an MVP and personal record times. Longhorn XC Ladies 7th at Malone Invite

Lifetime Bests Achieved!

The Cross Country team achieved major success at the 51st Annual Tiffin Cross Country Carnival with 14 of the 17 runners setting lifetime best times over the 5k (3.1 mile) distance.  The course and weather conditions were perfect and the team took full advantage of the opportunity.  The team walked away from the finish line
