Indoor Track & Field Throwers Headed to State Championship

Norman ’17 and Bierly ’16 Find Success at Collegiate Level

Two Lutheran West alumna are finding success at the collegiate level in Track & Field. MaQuila Norman ’17 powered Ball State University to their best team finish at the Mid American Conference (MAC) Indoor Championships since 2009, placing third overall. Norman claimed the 200m championship with a time of 23.87 which was good for second overall

Trey Senney Steps Down as Head Women’s Basketball Coach

Lutheran West has announced that Trey Senney ’02 has officially stepped down from his position as Head Coach of the Women’s Basketball Program. Coach Senney took the reins of the Women’s Program in the 2014-2015 season. In his six seasons as Head Coach, the program has accumulated 108 wins. Bernardini Wins and Team Continues to Excel

The Indoor Track and Field team competed at Youngstown State University with competitors not only from all over Ohio, but also from Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Canada.  Emma Bernardini took on the competition in stride to win the Weight Throw in a toss of 42’1″.  She also had a lifetime best throw in the Shot
